How do I return or exchange an I item I bought?

Returning or exchanging items bought online:

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. You have up to 45 days to return items purchased.

What’s the status of my order?

To see the status of your order:

Use the order history or check your shipping confirmation email. Your order may take the full estimated shipping time to get to you, you can also check your status by clicking Order Status at the bottom of the page. We’ll do everything possible to make sure your order gets to you by the promised date, including adjusting the shipping method if we have to. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with all the tracking information of your order.

We process your order as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive it within the specified delivery time. If your order doesn't arrive within that timeframe,  Contact us.

 

Can I track the shipment of my order?

To track a package:

You can either sign into your account to see your recent order history, or you can look up a single order by entering the order number and your email address in the Order Status's page at the bottom of the page. 

For each order, you can see order details and shipment summary. The shipment information includes a tracking number for each package, which you can click to see the progress of your package.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changing or canceling your order:

Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

NOTE: If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.
